Splitting Kids Bedroom into two Box Rooms and splitting Radator too

kids bedroom split into 2 box rooms. each room to share window.
partition wall needs to run right into the window bay, each room gets access to the wide window.
the wide window has two openings, one on left and one on right. middle of window is long wide fixed pane.
raditor is under window. each room needs radiator, partition wall will "hit" the radiator.
one wall needs to be smashed to make doorway.
looking for costs for labour n parts, and also approx delivery times.
