Outdoor kitchen construction advice needed

Hi all,

I am planning on setting up an outdoor kitchen for a catering business. The area is 6m x 3.5m. It is currently a decking and underneath is just earth. The area is flat but is situated on the declining part of the garden (hope that makes sense).

I don't want a permanent structure so was considering a customized shed with an area beside for open fire cooking/BBqing.

I would really appreciate some advice on the most suitable foundation and encourage ideas, suggestions and approximate costs. A project that is pest proof is vital. Thank you in advance.
