WANTED: Tradesman for renovation of one room- Barking *******

Hi all,
I have a back room (12' x 12') that needs skimming, architave, skirting, doors hung, french doors installed, solid oak flooring and finally decorating. I have had the whole house done before with the exception of the back room which will eventually become the dining room. Reason I want everything done together is last time we pretty much had everything done by different people and they all blamed each other for the poor finishing I got.
The room itself will need the wall paper to be stripped and polystyrene ceiling tiles to be removed. The room is around 12' x 12' and has two doorways which will need doors hanging. There is also currently a window 120cm wide which has been put in around 10 years ago by the previous owner in place of a french door (not sure why they did this), but we would like a french door installed again (uPVC). I have the architve and would supply the solid oak floor, but the remainder of the materials would have to be included in any price.
If you are not interested in this work, can someone please give me an idea of how much a job like this should cost me? I have got quotes when I had other work done in the house, and some builders quoted 3 times as much as others when what they were offering was the same.
