Door Frame size

I am building a double wardrobe into a wall space. The 2 doors are 78" x 21".
What allowance should I give when building/fitting the door frame? (Top & sides)

5mm top and side (hinged side will be dictated by the hinges) 10mm at the bottom if opening straight out onto the floor or 5mm if in a frame.
