Can anyone advise the method for installing a timber weatherbar to rebated double French doors (opening in) Its the method of cutting the weatherbar I require in order that it does not foul-up on the adjacent door when opening the lead door only? Many thanks :)

You need to mitre both sides.

Many thanks for replying; however, i've tried mitreing both sides (from the middle) at 45 degrees but it still catches the other door. I just wondered f there was a 'special' angle which the cart should be cut at to pevent this happening?

Trial and error usually works in these circumstances. Only make small cuts at one time. You can always cut more off but you can't stick a piece back on!!
