cat flap in door

How can I put a cat flap in a uPVC door with aluminium in the middle and how do you get the panel out of the door and where are replacement door panels available from
Cut a hole in the panel.
Remove the beading and the panel will come out.
Replacement door panels from the door manufacturer.
Do you ever stop to breathe?
