Can someone please advise me , how to make frame ledge & brace door from scratch.

:) Hi I am a carpenter & joiner & there is a fair amount of work involved & I personally would buy one, for around £60.00 If you really want to do it as a project then when making the frame instead of doing mortise & tenon joints you could invest in a dowel jig & dowel the joints.
