bedroom skirting

what is the best way to fix skirting to plastered walls, any help welcome, thanks a lot.

Just depends, is it stud walls or are they dot and dabbed, I usually screw right into the stud walls and no nail the dabbed walls (as long as they're straight), otherwise just plug them straight through the plasterboard into the brick.

i recently did a skirting job and i found that just using a finishing gun (air powered) is he easiest thing to use just tac it to the wall simple. :)

I think finishing gun is more practical to use.. More easy and less hassle.
