i have wet rotten roof facias board wooden holding the gutter does it have to be removed which would be abig job can it be recoverd and new gutters :(

hi am graham i,m a qualified joiner,sorry to be honest if they are rotten then they must be replaced as these are vital coverings for the roof space if water gets in to your roof space you could get a whole lot of problems

Yes replace with new timber or uPVC. Do NOT cover the rotting timber up. All it will do is continue to rot underneath.
