Cutting & Trimming Moulded Doors

by amazingmin » Sun Nov 29, 2009 6:12 pm

Hello All,
My first post on what looks like a brilliant site and forum. I could do with a bit of advice regarding interior noulded doors.
Obviously they will need hanging correctly. So can they be cut / trimmed using the same tools as you would use for a timber door such as electric planer etc?

Thanks if you can help,

DEAN....(amazingmin)

you should be ok to cut them down most doors will have a cetain amount that you can safely cut off from top bottom and sides normally about 10mm from each side.
