I'm trying ot remove a door however the hinges are proving difficult. The pins seem to be right in there and not sure how to remove them. They are almost flat on top and bottom, and are pretty much level with the hinge. Anyone know how to remove them?

You cannot they are not removable pin hinges - replace the hinges.
