Adjust Kitchen Cupboard Door

Following the Cupboard Door Adjustment project from this site. Thanks - it's been a great help... BUT screws 2 & 4 (The ones that hold the hinge to the wall of the cupboard) do not tighten fully and hold the hinge well enough. How can I make the hole tighter again? Is there a filler or something I could use?

fairtry,
Get some 2-part filler, mix a small quantity and fill the screw holes, refit the screws loosely before the filler sets, tighten them after the filler sets.
end

Any 2 pac filler from an automotive store will do,isopon etc.
And depending on your type of hinge, look at the middle of the hinge you may notice a fixing hole in the middle of the back plate. You can fix the hinge there also, using a 3.5x16 wood screw.
but you will no longer be able to adjust the door up and down
