Help!!

I'm putting together a MALM chest of drawers from IKEA and I know this is probably a stupid question but I am very unexperienced on any form of DIY so any help will be greatly appreciated.
It was all going well until I realised I had put the drawer together wrongly. As I had fitted the little plastic round thing that hold the screw in place I cannot take the drawer apart. The little plastic round thing (i'm sure there is a proper name for it but I dont know it) screws in, then it sort of locks in place round the screw and try as I might I cannot budge it.
If anyone can help I would be so grateful as at the moment I wont be able to use the cabinet.
