Door Latch With Large Rebates Wanted - Where to get one?

The door latches in my bathroom door have large rebates measuring 40 x 12 profile and 60 mm deep. The latch faceplate measures 75 x 20. I have searched everywhere to try to locate this latch but nobody has one, please help !
