Hi,

We've just bought out first house and it needs a lot of work. We're making a list and trying to prioritise it based on how much money we have and how big a job it is. There's a single door leading from the living room to the dining room. How easy would it be to make this into a double door?

you will need to check if its load bearing, if so you will need to install a new lintol.
If its not its a lot easier and cheaper to do.
