Fixing Stud Wall to and Existing Heated Floor?

Hi,
Anyone know how to fix bottom of non load bearing stud wall to an existing limestone tiled wet heated floor. Obviously can't drill fixings into it. Appreciate any help.

use expanding foam and stick it to the floor,

I have stuck a door casing with it, its very effective

Thanks, excuse me being dense but would you make up the framework first then apply filler to floor, then quickly put frame into position?
