Floating Worktop for Office / Breakout Room Coversion

Hi guys,
New to the forum so please be patient.
Basically, in our spare room we are turning it into an office/breakout room. I want to create a full wall width 'floating desk' type area. Room measures 1963mm x 2751mm. I'm looking into buying an oak type worktop for the 1963mm wall, full width and 600mm deep.
The 1963mm wall and the left hand side is masonary, so fixing to here will not be an issue. If I mount the worktop on 3 to 4 battens (one on each side wall and 2 on the full length) then attach these with some standard 'L' brackets, will this be suffcient to rest a TV on/use as a desk?
Or, would it require some heavy duty brackets such as:

Thanks in advance!
