Cannot Remove Flag Hinges on UPVC Door

Hi
I have the flag hinges on my frame but cannot remove them. I cannot seem to find anything to fit the hole below the swing bolt.

Just to say I solved my dilemma by knocking the fittings out from underneath the hinge. In case anyone else has the same problem.
