Advice Needed on Integral Kitchen Sinks

Hi, can anybody offer any advise on integral kitchen sinks.
Have considered a corian worktop but there pretty expensive to put in a holiday rental. I would much prefer to use an Integral sink, is there companies who will cut the worktop with specialist equipment to fit the sink and oven worktop?
