Hi

I am currently renovating my bathroom and have noticed a slightly twisted joist, does this need addressing or is it nothing to worry about?

Unless the twisted joist is giving problem with the floor levels above it there is nothing to worry about, I would however suggest you drive a few stainless screws through the plasterboard under the joint to secure it in place, it looks like the existing nails are pulling through the plasterboard.
