Hi

We are currently trying to buy a property and the survey has returned saying that the property needs additional airbricks for the subfloor ventilation.

We are complete DIY novices and wondered how much of an effort this is to do and what kind of cost to expect from the installation?

Can anyone give us an idea?

Go to our projects on air bricks and then to replacing a damaged brick where you can see how to complete this operation easily. We do not give prices on line as there are too many variables, for example your ground level may need reducing or your walls are 24 inches thick.
