I turned off the hot water to change a sink. When it was turned off again one basin in the house had no hot water. I guessed it was an air blockage so have turned off the supply, opened the taps and turned the supply back on. Any other ideas?

If it is an airlock, you can backfill using a piece of hose - by holding over the cold and hot tap.

Is it just the basin where there's no water ?

Ball valve stuck ? gate valve sheered off ??
