NEW RAD WONT STAY HOT

HAD NEW RAD FITTED IN CONSERVATORY BRANCHED OFF FROM LIVING ROOM. IT WONT STAY HOT FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR. HAVE FLUSHED,BALANCED,CHANGED VALVES RAN OUT OF IDEAS HELP

You did not mention bleeding the rad,but from what you said has been done I do think you have bled it.
IMO it needs balancing more, throttle all rads down to just a little open, then see what happens, then steadily open up others a bit more.
