I Have put a central heating cleaner in to the system, and will leave it for about 21day's to clean. I will then flush and fill the system two or three times.

The main question is I want to put an inhibitor in after the cleaner. When I do this How long does the Inhibitor stay in for? Is it ment to be in for a set time then droped, is it ment to be left in the system, or is it ment to stay in the system for a set time, droped then the system flushed?

Woud be grateful of and plumbers help. Thanks!

The system should be flushed to remove the cleanser and any debri's that the cleanser has managed to dis-lodge. The inhibitor is meant to be left in the system which will give long term protection to the boiler, pipes and radiators.

Everytime you drain the system from now on - remember to add inhibitor. You shouldn't have to cleanse or flush the system again.
