About three years ago I put a Chrome bathroom towel radiator in. For the last year or so, it has been rusting at all step corners. Should this happen? What's the best way to fix it? HELP!

Long shot but do you have the reciept? THose rads tend to come with a 10 year warranty for defects, the rust problem may fall under this.
