I ´ve just had central heating fitted @ some of the radiators have the inlet valve fitted on the outlet side & vice versa, & as at later date we may want to fit thermostatic valves, will they work efficiently? Also the last radiator in the line is not getting hot, it´s been bled so it´s not an airlock, the fitter says the reversal is not a problem, what do you think?

Firstly, TRVs should have been fitted yo all rads apart from one - it is a reg now.
Yes put them on any side as long as you buy the type that are bi-directional.

Hi guys, Looking for some help related slightly to your topic so hope someone can help!

I have central heating in our flat.

I recently bled all the heaters as the place seemed cold. The one in my bedroom remained cold.

I checked the bleed valve at the bottom which is turned right round. The heater makes quite a bit of noise & still remains mostly cold. One area at the bottom gets hot but the rest of the heater is cold..so it's really not heating up the room.

Every other heater is fine but this one.. :(

any suggestions? Help much appreciated!

TRVs are a regulation, they should have been fitted.
