Please Help!!
The central heating goes off at night and comes on during the day and heats and goes off at random times regardless of the actual temperature (which is brass monkey right now!).

Can a thermostat simply go berserk or could there be a more sinister explantion, and is there any inexpensive solution?

Hi,

What is the current time on your programmer/clock -- does it match the real current time?
You can manually override this.

Also need more info.
