Bleeding radiator too often ?

Hi,
One of the radiator needs to be purge off air almost every two weeks as there are loud 'water-dripping' noises within the radiator when the heating is on. Does this mean there is a leak somewhere ?
It is the first radiator to heat-up in the system, with no thermostat on it (don't know if that matters)
It is a brand new combi boiler and an old closed-heating-system so would you expect to have to purge air that often or shall I worry?
Help please?
Thanks,
Marie

It's a Worcester 28i junior and the pressure is around 1bar, lower when off, and never above 1.5 bar.

There may be a leak on the pipework or manifold, does the system pressure drop ?
