new condensing boiler fitted, pump, cylinder, rad stats all new, when starting up tremendous noises from boiler, rads, pipes, banging, clattering
gushing, buzzing the lot. This has been going on for 7 weeks, fitter at a loss, we've bled rads about fifty times, had pump on all speeds, drained down twice. We have to turn it off when starting up and restart later, neighbours must be fed up as we are ,please advise.

wHEN starting up wot ? The boiler ? Probably not a problem when using the cold taps. A good fitter I would expect to be able to find this problem.
Check out pages on 'WATER HAMMER' thats wot it sounds like to me if not try 'incorrect use of pumps'.
