I am having problem getting two of my heaters to get heated up. I have tried bleeding them, adjusted the valves but no joy; both pipes remain cold while the central heating is switched on. When I bleed the radiators both pipes get hot. All radiators uptairs work fine its only the two down stairs are the problem.

Please could anyone shed some light on this situation.
