One of the upstairs radiators is cold at the bottom. I have bled the radiator and both in and out pipes are hot... help please!

By your description, the radiator is full of sludge which is preventing the hot water from circulating properly. It needs removing and flushing thoroughly with a hosepipe.

Hi,
Cold at bottom indicates a sludged up system. Do you have any chemical in it?
If not, bearing in mind your forum name, I suggest you call a good RGI.
May need a flush out or two + chemical - inhibitor.
