hi guys i am aving a new condensing boiler fitted in my utility room which at the moment is hardly used and gets condensation build up on back wall were the washing machine and dryer are situated i think its because of lack of air circulating ie no vents or openable window in there just wondering which is the best way to ventalate the room as i was thinkin either electric fan or installing a couple of air bricks ? also my old reliable back boiler which will be capped off is behind a kitchen cupboard in old fireplace with a old fire attached which is already disconnected is it legal to take the old fire off and board up the old fireplace so i cud use the cupboard as a cupboard instead of it just hiding the ugly fire any ideas wud be appreciated cheers bazza

Certainly put in air bricks.
Can't see any reason why you should not remove the old boiler(s) but fit an air brick in the chimney.
