web enabled heating controls

I have a holiday home and in order to cuts costs I want to control the heating remotely. Does anyone know if there are any sensibly priced solutions out there or can anyone point me in the direction of someone who may be able to help. I have wireless broadband there so wondering if there are any wifi controls?
