BOILER PROBLEM

I HAVE JUST HAD A KESTON QUDOS 28H INSTALLED AND THE FAULT E12 KEEPS COMING UP, THIS SO THE INSTRUCTIONS SAYS A FLOW AND RETURN OVER HEAT THE BOILER IS OK SO IS THERE A PROBLEM WITH THE NEW PIPEWORK OR PUMP ETC

Keston technical may well help. Number should be on the Literature left with you. Otherwise, call the plumber back

Hi Pauly,
Firstly -caps lock off please - its regarded as shouting.
If the boiler says its overheating on flow and return - its prolly the boiler that is airlocked.
Bleed the pump, is the AAV open- does it have one?
