Can anyone help me!
When i run a bath upstairs or run the hot water tap in the kitchen my hot water runs from being relativley hot to being cold & then heats up intermittently.I know that if you lower the flow coming from the taps the water should run warmer but this tactic is not working it just runs cold. :(

What's the boiler make and model ?

It could be a split diaphragm in the diverter, a faulty sensor, gas pressures not set correctly.

The make is a Vokera,but i don't know the model.I think it may only be around 6 or7 years old.
