changing radiators

My wife has decided a new radiator is required ,my problem is that the one she has chosen is 100mm smaller than the old one,Now i have changed radiators before but it has always been like for like.Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

You can buy extended radiator tails to fit situations like this. They aren't cheap but can save a lot of hassle reworking your pipework.

Thank you acsimpson for your advice ,but as nothing is easy with my wife ,she came home with a new radiator as last posted , but the pipes feed into the bottom and not the sides ,so i dont know if i can get extensions with a bend or would i be able to use compression joints with 90 * bend along with the extensions previously mentioned. Once again any help would be great Thank you.
