Connecting a wood burner to an existing flue ?

Does anyone know if a wood burner could be connected to a flue that is already in use with an oil burning boiler ? The flue is exposed in the conservatory of our new house (dont ask !! :? ) and is in the perfect position for a wood burner that I have ! Any advice would be much appreciated :D ! Matt
