Motorised Valve's for Combi Central Heating System

need answers to the following questions.
1) When replacing a two port unit does the whole central heating system need to be drained.
2) Any-way to isolate before removing
3) Any benefit of using scale inhibitor products when there is a magnaclean on the system

No just below the level of the valve.

Drain below the level of the valve.


"3) Any benefit of using scale inhibitor products when there is a magnaclean on the system"

Different animals - do different jobs. So the answer is yes.
