Electrical heating

Hi. Am trying to get some heating sorted in my small place. I am stuck with electric as the energy source. Is there any advantage by having an electric boiler for heating radiators over simply having electric heaters? Any advice or suggestions of how to get the best heating at the best price would be great. Thanks
