My existing central heating system is 9 years old and has a digital programmer on the Ideal C80FF boiler. The 9 radiators have TRV's apart from the one in the hallway.
Can I fit a room thermostat to the boiler to give me a bit more control.

Yes but get a wireless one so you can move the sensor around to find the best location.
