Worth changing radiators ?

I am considering having my (oil) boiler changed to a condensing combi boiler (it's about 15 years old and conventional system - which means we heat a hot water tank with water we rarely use).
Is it worth changing the whole system and getting new radiators as well ? The existing ones are probably 25 years old (dating back to when this was a solid fuel system before we bought the bungalow).
Are modern rads more efficient ?
(The rads are on a pumped circuit, currently the HW and one (bathroom) rad are on a gravity circuit).
My aim is a more efficient system that will last without problems.
