Two radiators to replace one

I want to replace a large radiator sited in a bay window with two (half the size) either side of the bay so that a window seat can be installed.

The floor is concrete with an expensive wooden overlay so I do not want to rip it up at all to alter pipework runs - will two radiators link into the flow and return pipework that comes out of the floor to feed the existing large radiator ? ie feed pipes along skirting with a tee off top of flow feeding to both new rads and tee on top of return receiving from both new rads.

The heating operates off a combi boiler.

Advice appreciated.

If the pipes are 15mm then you will not have a problem.
