plastic seals that keep grills on radiators cannot find where to buy new ones they become brittle with the heat and break when removed so I cannot take off to clean dirt from rads
You won't.
Each manufacturer has different types and are only available supplied with the radiator.
Unfortunately, they are not designed to be removed once fitted.
