Boiler in same room as shower?

Hi there, i want to put a shower in the same room as a boiler and if i put all the electrics on the wall outside this and put an extractor fan in the room will this have any affect on the boilers electrics?

Hard to say, there are "zones" which dictates what electrical appliances can be fitted in relation to water utilities, particularly showers. Most boiler the electrics are protected but not water proofed.
What boiler to you have? If it's open flued appliance, it's a big no no

If moisture gets into PCB/controls - it's going to cost you in the long-run. Could you build a cupboard for the boiler.

If not I would definately re-think boiler position.

thats true, i find it depends on the boiler, some boilers are better then others at keeping the moisture out
