I have a megaflo central heating/hot water system. Been working fine for years but now the boiler fires up on it's own when the CH and HW are both off, only does it for a few minutes at a time but It's very confusing. Changed the timer controller but same problem....help

Do you have a dodgy frost thermostat?

is that the same as the room thermostat? if so it seems fine, switches off and on at selected temp.....
