Leak from micro bore central heating pipe

Whilst chiseling a wall to replace skirting, I accidently nicked one of the micro bore heating pipes and it started to leak. I have drained the system and shut the water off, will I be able to fix the leak without the need to use a blowtorch, I am wary of this kind of thing.

I would be grateful for any help.

Depending on extent of the damage, you may be able to get a bit of slack on the pipe to enable you to cut out the damaged area and fit a straight compression fitting. Failing this, a straight compression and a replacement piece of pipe up to the rad valve.
