TOWEL RAIL/RACK

Bathroom:
Radiator has been removed and pipes capped. Want to have fitted a new curved, towel rail/rack I have instead of re-fitting the radiator. Fed by Combi boiler with accessable drain off, if system has to be drained.
Pipes come through wall just above floorand up wall about 18" or so, easy access all round, so no flooring to lift.
What is considered a fair price for this job. At a guess I would say max 2hrs.
My daughter she's in Devon I'm in West ******* I've offered to pay as it would cost £50 in fuel to get there.
