Refilling Radiator on a combi boiler system

Hi, I drained and disconnected a radiator in one of my bedrooms as I as redecorating. I have reconnected the radiator but can't get it to refill.
Both inlet and outlet valves are open. The heating system is a Worcester combi boiler. Can someone give me some guidance on how I can get the radiator filled or do I have to get a professional in?
