Megaflo CL125 Hot Water Issues After Changing Pump - No Hot Water

Hello!
I have a megaflo cl125 that was recently tripping the mains ring it is on, I traced the problem to a pump that had burnt out. I've replaced the pump like for like and that's running fine now but I'm not getting any hot water!
If I use the immersion it gives hot water fine but it seems like the water from the boiler is not being used. The flow from the boiler pipe is hot.
What should I be testing?
