Hot Water Underfloor Heating - Does the Boiler or Manifold Deal With Temperature?

Do I need a separate feed from the boiler for underfloor heating? I understand it works at a lower temperature. So how does that happen if it comes off the central heating circuit? Or does the manifold sort out the temperature? K

The manifold should have a mixer valve with 3 ports, it'll circulate itself with it's own pump - mixing the return and flow to get the desired temperature.
